Another Redbox freebie, I picked out Wildhogs. The Mrs. and I had wanted to see it for a while, so I grabbed this flick. This movie has a well known cast, including Tim Allen and John Travolta. If you like comedy, this one is a winner.
To sum this one up, 4 best friends embark on a mid-life crisis inspired road trip, across the country on their motorcycles. They wind up mixing it up with an outlaw biker gang, and the hijinks ensue. While some of the slap-stick is predictable, some of it will also catch you off-guard.
I was laughing quite a bit all the way through the movie. Unlike a lot of the movies lately, the best parts really weren’t in the previews. Then to top it all off, they had Ty Pennington doing a spoof on his Extreme Makeover: Home Edition during the closing credits.
If you’re into comedy, this movie is definitely worth a rent.
