Workout today consisted of 15 mins on elip trainer.

Shoulder press 10×30, 3 sets

Incline press: 10×30, 2 sets, and 1 set at 7×30

Ab crunch machine: 10×50, 3 sets.

Hot tub was luke-warm today, so it wasn’t all that great.
