1/2 Banana, chunked 5 oz (by weight) fresh-frozen mango chunks 8 oz (by volume) apple juice 1 scoop of unflavored whey protein powder Place all ingredients in blender, blend until smooth.  Makes 1 serving.  Approximately 385 calories, 25g Protein, 69 Carbs, 3g fat.
