Got a late start this morning, but I still made it to the gym for a 18 minute high intensity cardio session on the Eliptical trainer, followed by 5 minutes in the hot tub.  Have I mentioned I like the hot tub?

Workout today consisted of 15 mins on elip trainer. Shoulder press 10×30, 3 sets Incline press: 10×30, 2 sets, and 1 set at 7×30 Ab crunch machine: 10×50, 3 sets. Hot tub was luke-warm today, so it wasn’t all that great.
